How do we make it?
Made of 3 quality adaptive foam layers to give the perfect transition without being too soft.
1) From the bottom, we made a firmer base poly foam that level out the body without springs. And with our exclusive firm rail system we call the Truckers Edge, your side sitting will not fail.
2) In between, an air barrier layer of medium density poly foam gives a more breathable core. No springs. Just comfort.

What is Cool Gel?
It is a temperature sensitive poly-foam that gets softer with your body heat, thereby offering support around each curve that touches the surface. A similar product to high dollar memory foam mattresses. Reduces vibration in Truck, RV, and Boat applications, allowing for relaxing sleep.
